This look is definitely one of my favourites, as it so simple and can be dressed both up or down, day or night, work wear etc. This is one look that can be bought cheap but instantly look expensive. 

As ASOS is a favourite internet shopping site for me I decided to try and find this whole outift entirely on ASOS.

Like most of us, we would want to look as fab as this girl on an off-duty day. This epitomises everyday casual cool. Plain vest top, leather trousers to smarten it up and a printed scarf.

A pair of leather trousers that sparked my interest was these below from ASOS for £20 a piece. What is ideal about these pants is they are stretch so you can achieve the ultra skinny look with the comfort of stretch fabric. Also, the vest top below has a slight dipped hem to give it a looser fit which works well with the super skinny trousers. The top is found in Debenhams with Red Herring for £6.00 in the sale.

I personally love this printed Matthew Williamson print scarf which isn't so much a steal at £295 a pop but I particularly liked the print of the scarf and thought it matched Rosie's pretty well. 

Ashley Olsen, one half of the dynamic duo and style sisters. This look is extremely simple and can be bought for dirt cheap prices, the shorts for example can even be customised.

First blog so far and I've decided to start with my personal favourite, Gillian Zinser. In my opinion the 90210 has the laid back surfer chick look completely covered. Beachy waves, denim cut offs, hippy tees and layered up jewellery. The look I have focused on today is this leather and lace combo. This look is a simple one to achieve by mixing pretty and tough pieces to avoid to much of one or the other.

My high street choices are a black creased cropped leather jacket from owntherunway.com for £37.99.  Followed by, a short, white, lace dress to 'prettify' the look from Amazon.co.uk by John Zack for £34.99. This look is particularly versatile, like Gillian she has pared this opaque grey/blue tights or go for bare legs and heels for a night out.

For the jewellery, anything goes. I would definitely recommend Topshop for this kind of thing, long, layered necklaces with pendants.

Miranda Kerr has to be one of my most recent style faves. She is definitely the most watched in the fashion department at the moment and have had a few comments about this look and went for my own take on the outfit.

Miranda definitely aces the off-duty model look by adding casual pieces such as the scarf and oversized bag but keeps the look together by adding heels and slim fit trousers.

Starting with the trousers I have chose a pair of skinny fit black trousers form Kookai for £69.00, which, admittedly, would be more than I would generally spend but as I have learnt spending that little bit extra on trousers and jeans give the fit and look that you want.

The grey marl scarf is found in John Lewis for £30.00 which when unfolded can double as a pashmina.

The white long sleeve shirt she is wearing in the image can literally be taken from anywhere but I noticed that hers has a slight see through look to it so I have gone for a burnout white top from Firetrap for £39.99.

The tote bag below is a great bargain if you are after a classic oversized bag. It comes in a range of browns including tan and a darker brown. From ebay for £24.99 which I also believe can be bought for quite a bit cheaper but this is a just a standard price to go by.
